Cyclones and Multi Cyclones
A high speed rotating (air flow is established within a cylindrical or conical container called a cyclone. Air flows in a spiral pattern, beginning at the top (wide end) of the cyclone and ending at the bottom (narrow) end before exiting the cyclone in a straight stream through the center of the cyclone and out the top. Larger (denser) particles in the rotating stream have too much inertia to follow the tight curve of the stream and strike the outside wall, falling then to the bottom of the cyclone where they can be removed. In a conical system, as the rotating flow moves towards the narrow end of the cyclone the rotational radius of the stream is reduced, separating smaller and smaller particles.
Wet Scrubbers are effective air pollution control devices for removing particles and/or gases from industrial exhaust streams. Wet scrubbers operate by introducing the dirty gas stream with a scrubbing liquid – typically water. Particulate or gases are collected in the scrubbing liquid. Wet scrubbers are generally the most appropriate air pollution control device for collecting both particulate and gas in a single system.

Centrifugal Blowers making use of External Rotor Motors have wide applications in UPS, Control Panel, Railways, Rectifier, Blow Molding machines etc. Centrifugal Blower has high efficiency and low noise level, relatively small airflow with high static pressure. It is a space saving blower. These Centrifugal Blowers are available in either single or dual inlet. The single inlet external rotor motor is integrated in the impeller, which is mounted onto the side wall of the scroll housing. Dual Inlet Blowers have extremely low structured vibration rates.
Bag House/Pulsejet Filter
A baghouse (B/H), aka fabric filter, is a particular air pollution control device, used in similar applications as electrostatic precipitators. In the 1970s, introduction of fabrics capable of withstanding high temperatures (> 350 degrees Fahrenheit) made baghouses practical for use in electrical generation and industrial processes. Baghouses are highly efficient particulate collection devices, regardless of the incoming dust loading or particle size. Baghouses also offer adaptability as dry collection devices using absorbents for removing gases and heavy metals.

Unit Dust Collectors
Our collectors are compact and mobile (on wheels) with low noise level suitable for a wide range of indoor applications. Axial Flow Fans
